The beds have been decently comfortable (not the best but did not hinder our slumber), and there was plenty of space to stow our stuff so we didn't have to look at suitcases, and so forth. all week. Being right over the beach is undoubtedly the selling point and our favorite element of this house.
A few notes about former reviews. There has become a hose outside so you can clean off sand (but no mat at major of stairs), and the fridge looked pretty new and wasn't rusty.
It was NOT dirty, it was well kept, and again the location was fantastic. It could really advantage from a dishwasher when they remodel the kitchen. The fridge was fantastic, no concerns (I had noticed concerns claimed in other reviews). Matthew Posted: 5/10/2024

4 This property is fundamental but everything worked and we experienced no challenges. Honestly for that price this house was good. It had been comfortable and clean. We would stay here once again.
They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, plus the location was awesome, nonetheless it's just around the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain also much, but basically the windows were being all really in need of replacement, as have been the doorways, the trim, much on the furnishings, etcetera.
I loved that there were two bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO perfect for Grownups who want to travel with each other. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not hire it once again or suggest it to an acquaintance.
